There is no interview. There is only a background check. The company does a background check then offers very little work on a first come basis . You are essentially a subcontractor for the company. After online process, minimum job offers are sent to your phone, you may or may not get work even when you accept it.company pays you a percentage of fees they collect from customer

Basically there was no interview process, only an application online so they had no way of proving I was able to provide high quality work for the clients. In fact I filled out my application 3 weeks ago and still have not even been setup as a provide! The company spent considerable money to create a so-so service platform, yet did not even spend the time to incorporate business automation to expedite the approval of new providers. A 3 weeks approval process is unacceptable, when I know the background check came back in 3 days.
