I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Jan 2024
Interview
I recently went through a two-round interview process with this company. The first round was with the hiring manager, who took me through my resume and explained the job responsibilities. The second round was a panel presentation where I presented one of my projects to the team for 30 minutes.
They mentioned they would get back to me soon, but after waiting for two weeks, I reached out to inquire about their decision. Unfortunately, I never received a response. This lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional.
What's more, a similar experience happened to a friend of mine who was also ghosted after the first round of interviews with this company. It's disappointing that they do not keep candidates informed of their decisions. Professional courtesy should be a priority in the hiring process.
Only 1 interview. No one contacted me to say I was rejected. I found out by looking on Workday to see I’m no longer considered. Not the worst but I would have appreciated more communication. The recruiter was very helpful though.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 back to back interviewers with basic behavioral and experience questions. It was pretty informal in my view, I spoke with my manager and her boss. They were very friendly and told me only 2-4 other applicants were being interviewed.
