I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Interview went very well, but I received no feedback even when I following up with HR and hiring manager. Another thing I noticed is interview panel was not diverse and did not appear open to change their culture of like minded team. Ended up being hired by a better and much larger company so it worked out well for me.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Interview
Screening interview with talent acquisition was easy. The hiring manager asked basic questions about my functional experience. The focus was my technical expertise only. They moved with other candidates. It was disappointing as I had more to offer beyond my technical experience.

Question 1
Tell me your experience in leading your function/team.
Interview with HM. HM kept mentioning how they got "over 200 applications". As a highly qualified candidate myself, it was not how I would conduct myself in an interview. Also mentioned they didnt have my resume on hand.
