4 hours of onsite interview with a 20 Minutes phone interview in advance of the on-site. After the interview I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. After prompting the HR rep, I was told a decision would be made by the end of the week. I kept being told another week by the recruit for a whole month. I never heard back.
