Interview
The interview was very professional and gave a good feeling for how the workplace was going to be. The questions were mostly aimed at finding out what kind of person you are and if you are cut out for customer service and client relations. The interview is with the operations manager normally.

If you are put in a situation where you have to deal with an unhappy client on the ropes course, how would you handle the situation?
