Takaful Ikhlas interview questions

I went through two interview sessions for this position. The first session was a bit challenging, but I appreciate that the team gave me a second chance for a different vacancy. The second experience was much better and more engaging. However, the most disappointing part was the lack of feedback from HR. I did not receive any status update or rejection email for both applications, despite my follow-ups. A simple notification would have been appreciated for a better candidate experience.
