The hiring process was smooth and well-organized. It consisted of three stages: an on-site technical interview, a home-based project, and a final interview with the CTO. Each stage was clearly communicated, and the team was professional and cooperative throughout the process. The technical interview focused on problem-solving and core concepts, while the home-based project allowed me to demonstrate my practical skills.
