I just want to say that the process of hiring in this company is worst. They don't have any idea how to hire a person and what the hiring process is. Initially I told them I want good hike in my next job if you agree then I can come for the interview. After the telephonic interview First day they called me for the F2F interview round after that another day called me for the manager found and at the end of the day they told, they can't afford that much hike. If you guys can't afford the package the why don't you guys told that thing at the starting process why did you take to the end. I think you should change your hiring process because you have wasted my two days and money.
