Strange interview, asked what I would do for a specific issue, and found out later the issue was real and they used my answer for it. I wondered why the people already employed could not solve it

was very straight forward. Had initial interview. They asked about experience and what they were looking for. Told me the next step was to speak to the ceo if i was successfull in getting to the next stage.

The process was pretty simple they first make an intro call. Then if they feel you are good choice they proceed for the next round which is taking a programming test.
