Theme: Java core (syntax, inheritance, signature of methods), generics, multithreading (), garbage collector, using databases (inner / outer / full join), memory model in Java (young / old / permanent generation); working with files
2 writing algorithm: Search minimum subarray; recursive data processing.
Then not technical interview one on one.
