The Human Resources Department has you fill out an application for employment when you arrive for the interview. The interviewers were professional and seemed to know the industry well. The hiring manger stated it takes 24 hours for background checks to be completed.

One question I asked they asked me was what makes a good security officer and what experience I have working for the industry of private security.
