It was quick and easy to complete. I was here over ten years ago. I didn't get the volunteering job I wanted, it was given to someone else. I had a ESL and adult student learner.

Interview
Panel interview. Usually 2 or more employees from all levels will take turns asking questions from a sheet of paper. About 10-12 questions total. They also allow you to have a copy of the interview questions in the very beginning. Pretty straightforward. They want to know that you understand this work, and love if people have lived experience relating to the job.

Interview
A 15 minute long phone interview, 3 references and in-person group interview. During the last part of the process, they had very passive aggressive tone and made rude face remarks towards answered questions. It did not feel like a conversation, but them judging the individual. I wouldn’t join this team. I’m putting their email in spam, their response doesn’t matter after that impression.
