I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Mac Restaurant Group (Cumberland, GA)
Interview
Honestly, the interview was a joke. I sat in the waiting area and spoke with the GM who wanted me to tell him about what I liked to do outside of work duties. Then boom, I was hired, they will hire any body no matter what you can or cannot do. If you do not have any experience or brain matter rather this job is for you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Taco Mac Restaurant Group (Buford, GA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call within 4 days of submitting my application. The phone call was to set up an interview, which was set a couple days later. The interview took place with one of the managers and then transitioned to the general manager. The physical interview lasted approximately 20 minutes. After the interview, an offer was made, and if accepted, an orientation date was set up where the GM showed us a presentation of who and what the company is. There is usually another person with you during orientation (for another position) and you are basically introduced via presentation video of who/what the company is and what their values are. I was also given the opportunity to order a meal/try something from the menu. Orientation is also the day where you set your schedules. After that, management will give you a tentative training schedule of when and who you will be training with. The training process took about a week and a half before being fully admitted to the schedule.
