I sat down with the manager and she asked me the standard questions (What's your education status? Do you have reliable transport? Can you work in a fast-paced environment? etc...) Then she had me fill out some tax paperwork and read the Taco Bell handbook and code of conduct. They were pretty short-staffed, so she wanted to hire me on the spot, and asked for my uniform measurements so she could order a uniform for me. Then we set a date for me to come in for training.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview. They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
