The RGM interviewed me, asked me some general questions about Taco Bell I filled out a survey..I had to interview with the Director of Training to be hired straight to managment after I interviewed with him they ran a background check, drug test, credit report and then they hired me.

Stuff about profit and loss, and standards they use for food prep.
it was fine and easy, asked me a lot about my self and previous job history and explained the company and asked me which position i would be interested in
Single round with phone call beforehand you should be prepared to explain about pas experience and relate what you really want to do for the tzam of the restaurant be ready to answer basic question about the brand

Interview
Easy process. Standard in the industry. Started with just a phone call with a representative and then did two more rounds of interviews. Everyone I talked to was pleasant. Team seemed understaffed and they preferred someone bilingual.
