I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Taboola (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
The first round was with HR and a technical manager to check your resume and your background. After that, I got a take home assignment that was open book allowed and should be finished within 5 days.
After I finished my assignment and got their feedback, I realized that the entire process was totally worth nothing. Their feedback was so short and irrelevant to any part of your answers. It was very disrespectful to the candidate. It felt like you were a joke. If you had deeply studied their questions and wrote down your answers, you would know what I mean.
If you are looking for a job, I suggest not to consider this company. You can have a competitive salary somewhere else without wasting your time and exhausting process.
