The interviewer came in about a half hour late and apologized by saying "well at least I am here." Is that an apology? And he asked a series of questions without really listening. This was not interactive at all. I have never seen an interviewer who felt forced to complete the question list. I had a good impression of the company through the HR interview, but this interview let me know this wasn't the right organization for me. Who comes to an interview (especially to a virtual zoom meeting) 20 minutes late? His reasoning was he "got it confused." The questions were very generic, and he did not care to make it more interesting or interactive since his goal was to get through the questions as soon as he could.
