Worked with a recruiter for a while, I was in a stable job so not in a rush, wanted to find the right job. I went through three rounds of interview. Two over the phone and 1 in person. First was an HR screening. Second was an hour long interview with the CFO. Then I went onsite for a 3 hour interview with the CFO and President. Received the offer a verbal same day then written 4 days later.
