      Content Manager Interview

      11 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TVSMILES

      Interview

Quite unprofessional approach to pretty much everything; The interviewers were not aware of the appointment. For once I applied for a mid-senior position (advertised on LinkedIN) but was looked at strangely when I asked for a mid-senior salary. The upper management stated they want a junior, well, then I'd suggest you verify the descriptions of your openings before mixing things up. I was promised I'd be given a task to show my skills - also I emailed them to meet them half-way with my salary expectations and showed them that indeed the position was advertised as mid-senior, but instead I was turned down "because of lack of compability". This basically means I due to their own fault I had false expectations.
