1st round: only a conversation about my preferences, experience, knowledge about the company and the products. Relaxed and pleasant. What I also did is going an extra mile so I prepared one short video about the flagship product together with the article. I read a lot about the company/products and knew even some details. That was very well perceived.
2nd round: was a bit more complicated. I received one very technical (they said at the end the most tech they could find) scientific paper from head of R&D which I needed to review and prepare a short presentation about the topic as well as present it there. I also needed to prepare one LinkedIn post about someone from the company attending some event.
(-) I received the paper very shortly before the interview, a few days before and really had very little time to prepare.
Overall a positive experience.
