The interview process lasted about an hour. I submitted my CV on Monday morning and received an invitation for an in-person interview on Thursday the same evening, which felt somewhat rushed and left me skeptical.
There was no initial HR screening before the interview, which was unusual. Additionally, HR mentioned that they received my application through Indeed, when in reality, I had applied via LinkedIn, raising concerns about their recruitment process.
During the initial conversation, HR asked for my expected salary and proceeded with scheduling the interview. However, during the actual interview, the hiring manager stated that they would not be able to meet my expected salary, making the process feel misleading.
Furthermore, I was informed that the role requires working on Saturdays, which was not mentioned earlier. The job details provided by the hiring manager also did not fully align with the job description in the listing, causing further confusion.
I was told there would be a second interview involving a quiz, but given the inconsistencies in communication regarding salary expectations, job scope, and application tracking, the process felt unstructured and unclear. Overall, better transparency regarding the recruitment process, salary, work schedule, and job responsibilities would have helped avoid unnecessary time and effort.
