In Person, very straightforward questions and nothing too hard. People are very nice and made the process quite relaxing. It was in their office which was a small but lovely space

Interview
Interview was with 2/3 directors who were both very welcoming and easy to talk to. After the main interview they brought in the current part 1 so I could ask more specific questions. They got back to me via email within 2 weeks and provided feedback when requested.
