Met with a few people on the team; process consists of two stages. You meet multiple people and are interviewed separately by them. If you pass round 1, you're invited for a second final interview.

Interview
The interview process happens after a first-round phone interview with the HR coordinator. You are greeted by the HR staff and they escort you downstairs to the 2nd floor where they have a conference room rented.
Through each person you meet, you meet a total of 5 staff including HR. Manager, Team Associates, and other Calendar Associates. Each has a series of questions and want to get a read on you as a person.
I found that the last person you meet is the head of HR. She described to me the entire business cycle of the company and what each role does. You can tell that she needs some practice presenting her information because she squished all of the end roles on the side of the presentation board.
She also wrote down everything about every detail of my past experience.
This company is definitely interesting, it is currently expanding and each person within the company wears many hats. I found that some of the culture was very informal, but that might come with the role and job by nature. But within its context of meeting each of the team members, there is no technical knowledge, more of the ability to get along with the team.
