Initial conversation with the recruiter followed by a single-stage interview process. The overall experience was efficient, well organised and straightforward throughout.
The recruiter was excellent with communication and updates, and the interview itself felt engaging and conversational rather than overly rigid. The panel created a positive atmosphere while still asking relevant and thoughtful questions about experience and approach.
Overall, a genuinely positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Interview process was quite quick, about 2 weeks. Normal competency based questions, just asked in a weird way. In the interview I felt a bit uncomfortable as they were talking badly about the current staff and didn't seem like a good work culture.
