I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TROUBLEMAKER DIGITAL STUDIOS (Austin, TX)
Interview
30 minutes long, inquired about my service and ambition for the future. Explained my idea of success and ways I want to get there. Later they asked if I was aware what the studio does, I let them know I did. That I was a fan of the work, but not to worry as I was used to dealing with high ranking military officials by this point.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TROUBLEMAKER DIGITAL STUDIOS
Interview
I met for a lengthy discussion with 2 heads of the department in which I would be working. They asked about past experience, reasons for applying for the position, etc. Standard interview questions. They were very willing to discuss future advancement opportunities and took a keen interest in where I wanted to go within the organization. After this initial interview, I had two other interviews. One with the studio manager and another with a final interview with the head of the studio. These were shorter, informational culture-fit type interviews. Nothing terribly difficult.
