      Director of Member Experience Interview

      13 Nov 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TRIARQ Health in Sept 2025

      Interview

Interview process was straightforward, I connected with the recruiter through LinkedIn after applying then spoke with them met with a VP. After that conversation I spoke with another VP then the CEO. The conversations were good, questions were asked but a lot of it was more conversational which I appreciate. All in all, it was a positive experience but then I was ghosted after the final interview even after following up with the HR contact which was disappointing.
