      Manager Interview

      31 Jul 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Singapore
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TREE ART (Singapore) in May 2025

      Interview

Employees there seem nice, questions standard. Boss was nice but I heard they can be quite strict and pushy with newhires, hence the high turnover. Feels like red flag when employees are the ones giving you the heads up from first interview. Like damn okay. Importantly, company quite stiff on contract. Salary, notice period, location and leave are all fixed despite the impression that there was room to negotiate. Would be tolerable but pay is pretty bad considering the social suicide you're signing yourself up to. 6 day/week, weekends longest shifts. Decided real quick for them and walked out.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Boss was speaking in mandarin 99%, likely testing to see how fluent of a speaker you are since its one of their requirements. If you speak well, you're basically 50% there.
