Very fast and smooth process. Recruiter, hiring manager+teammate, senior lead - all very focused on culture fit and skill fit. Great people and discussions, informal enough to make you feel relaxed during the interviews but formal enough to feel that you are being fairly evaluated.

A standard interview process, starting with a competency-based online interview with Talent Acquisition, followed by a full-day on site assessment (group case and interviews with the hiring manager and HR.) I overheard a conversation where the manager had already decided who to hire before conducting all the scheduled interviews for the day.
