      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      Interview

The interview process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Candidates were asked to wait in a group setting on office bleachers for approximately four hours before speaking with a team lead. The extended wait time, combined with the informal setup, did not create a strong first impression of the company’s professionalism or respect for applicants’ time. Most of the hiring appeared to be conducted in a group format rather than through individualized interviews, which made the process feel impersonal. A more structured and timely approach to interviewing would greatly improve the candidate experience.

The questions asked during the interview were primarily focused on availability rather than experience, skills, or long-term fit.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TRANZACT (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2024

      Interview

After applying on Indeed I received a invitation to attend a large hiring event at their North Charlotte location. They took us in groups of around 30 other applicants, first to a room where we sat and waited for about 20 minutes. HR then came in and presented a slide with more info about the company, work culture, and a brief overview of pay and benefits. We were then moved to the work floor to a waiting area where we all waited to be called in for a 1:1 interview with a current employee; I myself probably waited for 30-45 minutes before being called up. My interviewer was personable, down-to-earth, and the interview itself lasted about 15-20 minutes, nothing too hard, she just asked about my previous work experience and repeated some of the info we learned in the inital presentation.
