I was sent a text that they received my resume for the Account Rep position and wanted to schedule a talk. We set the time for later in the week. The recruiter was late calling only to advise me that they had somehow filled the role internally but still wanted to know what type of position I was interested in and was looking for. I told her I was interviewing for customer success and account management roles. She then informed me that they only have sales rolls available, and she was wondering if I'd be interested in them. I kindly told her no and hung the phone up. While I can't confirm this, it seems like there was never an account management role, and they are doing a bait-and-switch and looking to see if anyone will bite. I read the reviews for the Atlanta office and was skeptical, but I thought I'd try anyway.
