Very informal. Interviewer wasn't technical. The work environment was described as a great place to work with unlimited time off and flexible hours. However, it seemed a like they were not being honest with me and we're trying to sell me a product. It almost felt like I was being interviewed for a men's club or fraternity versus a job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TPI (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
The interview was overall straightforward. Standard questions and everything went well. The interviewer slipped up and said their goal was to eventually not have any design services inhouse eventually. NOT something you want to hear when your interviewing for a design role. Was asked to complete a design test and against my better judgement I complied. The feedback was good and was told "this is exactly what we were looking for". And then they Ghosted me.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TPI (Des Moines, IA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview is a joke. Asked me what code editor do I use to code in? (Seriously??). Mostly behavioral. They will go through a phone screen and will call you on site. They do not test weather you can code or not because they are not good at it themselves.
