Interview
First was the HR interview where they ask basic questions and then was the 1:1 interview. Pretty easy according to me since they focused on the communication skills above everything. They strictly informed that for 3 months of joining we cannot take a leave. People who did not had their adhaar linked with their phn no. were eliminated. But that was not the end! The interview process is very very elaborate. I was there from the morning till 8PM at night. They have no sense of responsibility for the applicants who were in that claustrophobic building for more than 9 hours and still the interview process was not over. The Reva call, Amcat and a bunch of other things was still left for which they needed us to come through the next day at 10 in the morning and stay till 8 in the evening. I was selected but I was out of patience. I declined and never decided to step foot in that place.

Interview
They had 3 rounds of interview first will be face to face and second round will be typing test and again last round will be face to face with the main Interview panel it was a hectic they kept us waiting for the whole day
The hiring time at teleperformance takes a whole day if you clear 2 or 3 starting rounds. Then you have to wait for the whole day for interview rounds as the managers will come in evening most probably for final round of interviews.
