First step is to submit a hard copy of your resume to the front desk and fill out a form. then wait for a while to be called for online registration. After that is group initial interview then if you passed, the next step would the the online exam. Aftet that is the Final interview with two interviewers.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
