I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Athens, Athens, Attica) in May 2015
Interview
Preliminary Skype talk with HR department. Italian language test consisting in a translation of an italian technical text with subsequent phone chat in italian. Later on, Skype chat/interview with manager of my department. Both SKype interviews were mainly focused on motivation, past work experiences and skills evaluation (in terms of being suitable for a customer service role), and to a lower degree on Apple products expertise/familiarity (they care but to an extent, you're going to be provided a training anyway).
I interviewed at TP (North Lauderdale, FL) in Sept 2020
Interview
Funny enough, the company had a practically non-existent interview process. There apparently was a "mass-hiring" event, so I submitted my resume and within 2-3 days started. The "interview process" consisted of submitting information for HR purposes, and telling the (overly busy) hiring manager your preferred schedule.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Mönchengladbach) in Mar 2016
Interview
