There were 2 rounds
1st was telephonic round
Where only intro and one topic you have to speak.
2. Zoom video call

Answer was - Aadhar card , driving licence and all basic.

Interview
The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

One thing that they asked is my prsonal information.
3 Telefonate und 2 Test.
Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
