For the remote work, the interview process is pretty simple. You complete a skills test online (reading comprehension, speaking, typing speed, ect.) which takes about 30 minutes at max. They email you with a job offer if you're successful, no actual face to face/video call interview.

Question 1
There's a section where they ask you to talk about a given topic for 30 seconds, with about 30 seconds of prep time. The topic seems to be random with each person, so it's always off the top of your head.

Interview was an easy one. Firstly, you just have to submit multiple tests with multiple choises, but those are done without any sweat if you with needed language skills. Then comes virtual interview with 3 questions, 2 in English and one in language that you are supposed to represent. After that comes interview via phone or zoom to asess the fit and that is all!
