Primeiro aguarda-se horas numa sala de espera lotada sem nenhum tipo de pontualidade, somos direcionados a uma nova sala de video para apresentação da empresa, onde te encantam e iludem, em seguida inicia-se o processo com uma prova escrita de português, matemática e informática básica, teste de digitação, em alguns casos é realizada dinâmica em grupo e dependendo do produto que você for direcionado há uma entrevista com profissional do RH e, Supervisor e Coordenador. Todas as fases são eliminatórias, desde a primeira prova.
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
