I agreed with Zoe Pipilou (alternate spelling Zoi Pipilou) from Teleperformance Hellas HR Team about the Skype interview time to be at 13:30 CET on Friday, August 31 st 2018. Zoe Pipilou dialed me around 14:10 CET, 40 minutes after the interview should have commenced. The length of her dial lasted for mere 3 seconds and she hung up. The Teleperformance Hellas HR Team did not shared me any argumentation why all this happenned in such a manner. Totally unprofessional behavior, I don't recommend Teleperformance Hellas, you can easily find better employers, who will treat you with respect.
As Teleperformance Hellas did not gave me the interview opportunity even though the interview time and date was set, I will share with you my experience with their online test, that was shared with me as a candidate the day before the interview was set.
One of the task in the online test was to elaborate your comprehension of a text given in (poor) English. It is unbelievable that Teleperformance Hellas could not find anybody (their Athens office is bragging online with 6,000+ employees) with proficient English skills to proofread the testThey used the term "teritorrials" instead of "inhabitants", "villagers". I have shared with them that there is no such noun in English and offered the proper alternatives (listed above). I have added, that the word territorial is an adjective and can be used in the context "territorial defence" or similar. In the following tasks the person who compiled the test does not know that "fun" and "fan" are two different things. The sentence was about fans of something, but the word was written with an "u" instead of "a" - fun.
Not to mention the Hungarian text, it was written/translated by somebody who is not a native speaker, the sentences were chaotic.
