TP ICAP Program Manager interview questions

Got the opportunity from head hunter. After chatting with heard hunter, got 2 rounds of interview. Interview was conducted directly by manager. The 2 interviews finished fast, within 1-2 weeks. But after second interview, no news for 2 month. I already forgot about it, then suddenly head hunter contacted me again. Salary negotiation is smooth, i get what i have asked for. Boss is generous.
