2 round interview. First interview with 2 brokers and the desk head. Included mathematical, on the spot test. Invited for second round, declined due to perceived 'old-school' culture and general vibe.
The process only consisted in two interviews. First I had a brief phone interview and after that they asked me to have an in person interview at their London offices.

Pretty straightforward, interview with the head of Ags. and Soft Commodities, the department I was applying for. Nice guy. Started off with some personal/experience questions and then moved onto what I knew about the firm, the role, and some technicals.
