I received an automated email inviting me to a phone screening, but it would be conducted via a third party staffing support organization WorkMonger. I would not normally have minded this, but the person interviewing me could not answer my questions about TNTP company culture or more in depth questions about the specific position. I did not move forward after the phone screening and I'm not saying I wasn't a good fit, but interviews are a two way street. The entire process felt very one sided and it has stopped me from applying to other positions at TNTP as a result.
