I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TMG (Trafford Park, England) in Apr 2014
Interview
Went through an agency- you do a numeracy test, an interview for around 30 minutes and they let you listen in to a few calls. It was quite normal really, I know a few people had to do a telephone interview but I didn't have to do that. The numeracy test is very easy and the interview isn't too bad, the managers are quite nice in the interviews.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TMG (Manchester, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
You're given a headset and plug into an adviser for about 30 minutes to get an experience of what the job is like in practice. Short maths test and then about 20-30 minute interview of standard questions and situational questions.
Good to get an example of what you'd be doing, it may seem like a long time to be sitting there listening in but it's important to get a bit of variety so you get a better range of what you'll be facing.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TMG in Jun 2016
Interview
The interviewer was very lovely however the interview was very awkward. She was too focused on my past and what my precious employer would think if was leaving them. Also asking questions about if there were other pending job applications if so have I had an interview with them etc. Got cut off a few times when answering their questions. Interview process was supposed to be 1hr long but I was there for 2 and a half hrs. Then I was showed out the building mid conversation, with a good luck. Overall not many questions to do with the role. There was numeracy test which was unnecessary, it was about adding a few numbers together and subtracting. Which I got all them right.
