Hired through a Temp company. I moved jobs internally and the interview process was between 2 managers asking generic interview questions. Overall the selection process should be geared more toward basic computer skills and the ability to multi task on the phones.

Its basically a one on one with a person at one of their remote locations. the room is filled with many other people who are interviewing at the same time as you so its a bit loud.
Honestly just feels like a job fair more than an interview.

You are hired on through manpower.You get ask maybe three questions before you are automatically placed. Then you are sent out for a drug testing if passed you are scheduled for a training date which is 6 weeks long
