Shortly after applying, I received an invitation to interview. The interview process was erratic. I did a Team Meeting with an HR person, the interview went well but follow up and responses were inconsistent. The HR person was in another time zone and seemed unorganized and in both cases not presentable. Considering this is a global business services firm, how the interview was conducted (unorganized and unprofessional) left me wondering how they conduct business.
