Was asked to come for an interview for a replacement but the person who was to be replaced never left. Based on my core expertise i was assigned with projects that was never ever handled in my experience of more than a decade. took it as challenge, but there was something else itself in stored. My years of experience and qualification was just not considered and was hired with some other plans the seniors had.
