It was a 4 hour interview, part of the Young Graduates Program. The interview process consisted of a company presentation, followed by 4 smaller interviews. First there was a HR interview in which you would talk a bit about yourself, why do you think you are a good match, why you want to join the company etc. The second one is similar to the first but you discuss more about what you want to do on the long run. The third interview was a technical one, with small questions regarding programming. Finally, the last part was a team based business case study in which you had to compete with other teams.
