Initial interview to see if meet criteria, then in person interview - Basic competencies, ie why paralegal, why the firm, tell me a time you worked in a team, tell me how you organise conflicting deadlines etc - not too difficult, standardised
the process involved an online application and submitting CV, heard back relatively quickly then had an initial interview with equity partner followed by a second interview with a managing partner

Interview
Short fifteen to twenty minute interview online with two partners. Asked mostly about me rather than previous experience and education. I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end and they seemed a little surprised that I had some ready.
