Owner of a small company wanted to enter into a new business of solar panels, hence he wanted to appoint a general manager who was having knowledge of solar energy along with other experience like running of a unit, recruitment of staff and other related matters. Everything was worked out to perfection. But before joining I was supposed to bring substantial amount as personal contribution which was not possible and agreeable. Hence I refused to join.
