After I sent in my application I got a call from HR for a quick interview. Then a phone interview with an engineering manager. Then after that I was brought in for an in person interview.

Fairly simple and straight forward. Asked questions and provided real world examples. Three waves of interviews, with a panel interview at the end of the sessions. Provided real life work examples that were used as references.
