Video interviewed by the Group Hospitality Manager, and although left the interview with very promising feeling, I received no feedback after two weeks. When approached her again to get an update regarding my application, she briefly replied “Apologies for not having been in touch before, I’ve escalated this to HR”: pointless to say that after over a month since the interview, still haven’t heard back from anyone. Very unprofessional behaviour, which clearly shows lack of basic organisational skills and most importantly, lack of respect and courtesy towards candidates.
